We use high-density insulated liners and non-toxic cooling gel packs to ensure your ingredients stay at refrigerated temperatures until the evening of your delivery.

Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?

Yes, WowzaBox is fully flexible. You can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, provided it is done before the weekly cutoff deadline.

Where does WowzaBox deliver?

We currently deliver to most residential addresses across the continental United States. You can check your specific zip code on our checkout page to confirm availability.

What should I do if my box is damaged or missing an item?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any part of your order is unsatisfactory, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will issue a credit or refund.

How long do the ingredients stay fresh once they arrive?

Most of our produce and proteins are designed to stay fresh for up to 5 days after delivery, though we recommend cooking seafood and leafy greens within the first 2 days.
